British National Economy
Great Britain's economy is one of the most prosperous in the world. It is also one of the most globalised. London is the world's largest financial centre, and English is a basic language of business Europe. In the 18th century Great Britain was the first country to industrialise, and during the 19th century had a dominant role in the global economy.
This project is supposed to help our translation and interpretation students to acquire some general knowledge about the British economic system in the form of a web-quest.
The tasks, divided into steps, will be provided further. It is strongly recommended to follow the instruction to the given tasks, for better results.
